ELIZABETH AGNES MARR JUDGE
Elizabeth Agnes Marr Judge 99, died at St. Joseph’s Hospital Thursday, October 26, 2006 from complications of pneumonia.
A native of Troy, New York, Mrs. Judge had resided in Ridgewood, New Jersey, London, Ontario and Pompano, Florida, before moving to Savannah eighteen years ago. She had been a resident of Savannah Square Retirement Community for the last five years. While she held many volunteer positions, her favorite was as Treasurer of the Art Museum of London.
She was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, John D. Judge Sr., her son, John D. Judge Jr., and her grandson, David Judge.
Her survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Gail and Fred Coffman of Savannah, her daughter-in-law, Pauline Judge of Lady Lake, Florida, grandson, Peter Coffman of Atlanta, granddaughter, Maggie Coffman of Orlando, Florida and five great grandchildren, Sophie, Tyler, Emma, Faith and Clare. Also included is her friend and helper, Essie Wesby of Savannah.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Monday, October 30, 2006 at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church on Middleground Road.
Burial will be at a later date in the family plot in Albany, New York.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances will be welcomed by the Safe Shelter, P.O. Box 61119, Savannah, Georgia 31420.
